(HEO8) $100,261 to $112,481 per annum plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation.

Fixed-term contract available now for 18 months

Working under broad direction, the Manager, International Partnerships is responsible increasing international student recruitment pipelines through credit transfer, sponsorship and transnational education (TNE) partnerships aligned with the University’s diversification strategy.

The Manager will develop strong working relationships with key internal, external and international stakeholders and work cross functionally with the staff from across the University. They will also be responsible for proactively providing market relevant intelligence on international partnerships and key markets, operating effectively and efficiently, and optimising service levels to ensure partnerships are sustainable both financially and from a quality perspective to achieve target outcomes.

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience developing and implementing strategic plans that contribute to the growth of a business within higher education or relevant organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives and meet targets related to pathway, sponsorship and TNE recruitment of international students over a sustained period.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership roles and can-do attitude, displaying analytical and problem solving ability.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, developing and maintaining relationships, both internal and external to the organisation.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills including experience in the preparation of effective, accurate and appropriately detailed reports, briefings and correspondence.
