This exciting position is responsible for leading the College’s strategic and operational initiatives in the area of educational development services by supporting the courses, individuals and College to achieve their educational goals.
You will have well developed team leadership skills to optimise the breadth and specialist skills of not only your large team, but to inspire and co-produce high quality educational outcomes with College academic staff.
You will have highly developed analytical and conceptual skills including demonstrated ability to think strategically, and the willingness to manage and implement new initiatives founded in education research and education theory.
