About the opportunity

We are looking for an experienced people leader with a proven track record of developing high performing teams. Lead a team of professional staff in the design and delivery of client-centered education and research services to the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and Sydney Law School. Work with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders to support the advancement of the University’s education and research strategies. Contribute to the development of future-focused library services and roles.

About you

  • led professional staff to achieve excellent performance in a team-based environment, with a focus on current and emerging client needs
  • led initiatives that have resulted in an increased use of services or resources, or strengthened partnerships with University clients
  • actively contributed to planning and strategic development, with an interest in continuous improvement and measuring impact
  • successfully led a group of staff through a major change
  • implemented new and innovative ideas to improve personal, team and operational effectiveness.
