Linkage Research Coordinator (HEO 7)

  • Full-time, fixed term contract (or internal secondment) until 31 March 2024 based in UniSA Business at the City West campus
  • Commencement Salary: $90,234 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)


About the Role

Reporting directly to the Lead Investigator, the Executive Dean: Business, the Linkage Research Coordinator provides strategic oversight of the Future Work, Future Communities: The Impact of Industry Restructuring, ARC Grant, managing relationships with external and internal stakeholders. You will also manage a team of research support staff who work closely with Chief Investigators, Partner investigations, representatives from partner organisations and participants.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance where required to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on all aspects of project activities
  • Manage the contractual obligations of the project, including financial and legal matters
  • Work in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure human resources, OHSW&IM, financial and legal protocols are developed and applied
  • Report against defined criteria for the Commonwealth, this includes developing and auditing reports

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Well-developed project management skills, including demonstrated ability to plan, research and manage multiple projects under broad direction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully communicate, negotiate and effectively network with a diverse range of people
  • High level written communication skills
  • Exceptional strategic, organisational and problem-solving skills
