The Library Officer, Client Services provides and promotes innovative, high quality, client centred support through in-person and online advisory services to the University community.
In this role you will:
- Deliver high quality support through face to face and online enquiry services to the University community
- Make a positive impact to the student experience
- Show a strong commitment to support our student engagement activities
- Be required to work evenings and weekends, on a rotational basis
This is an opportunity to showcase your excellent customer services skills in this front facing library role.
While the role does require working evenings and weekends on a rotational basis, it also offers flexibility and variety in your work schedule.
To be successful in this role you willbe a dynamic, client-focused individual with demonstrated digital capabilities who can contribute to the delivery of high-quality learning spaces and show the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
This continuing position is full time at a HEW 4 Higher Education Level and will be based at our Central Coast Campus locations (Darkinjung land), including Ourimbah and Gosford.

The University Library sits within the Academic Division and plays a pivotal role in supporting the learning and research needs of the University community. Library staff work in partnership with the University community to provide convenient access to high quality information resources and information management services, tailored programs of student and researcher support, and a first-class learning environment.
