The Role

  • Fixed Term, Full Time OR Part Time (Until February 2025)
  • Level 4 - $68,892 to $74,785 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst

As the Library Officer, you will play a key role in supporting a range of frontline, quality, customer-focused services, including information services, circulation, online and physical resource maintenance, document delivery and research support. The focus of this role is providing library support for student learning, primarily through responding to library enquiries from students.

This position would suit an individual who has a passion for customer service, loves working with people and has a strong ability to manage tasks simultaneously.

To be successful you will have:

  • An associate diploma in Library and Information Services or equivalent experience
  • Ability to use relevant technologies and library software, with the capability to learn new applications and emerging technologies
  • Proven experience and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment
