Overview
We are seeking a lawyer to optimise ECU’s contractual and commercial arrangements and assist the University to comply with its legal obligations.
This role will expressly require the lawyer to have an interest in copyright law and otherwise includes the provision of legal advice, drafting legal documents, liaising with external specialist lawyers when necessary, and raising staff awareness of legal issues.
To be considered for this role you must have a current practising certificate for Western Australia and some post-admission experience in a comparable range of legal practice. To be successful in the role you will also be an excellent communicator, self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced, supportive environment on a wide range of legal matters.
