(Level B) $102,952 to $121,779 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Multiple fixed term, part time positions available for 1 year, each at 0.3FTE.

Lecturer/Site Coordinator, Adelaide Medical School

The Adelaide Medical School are seeking to recruit Lecturers/Site Coordinators to be based at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, the Lyell McEwin/Modbury hospitals and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. These roles will participate in teaching and supervision of students who are completing ward-based activities and will be the primary contact to liaise with site-based staff and protocols whilst facilitating socialisation to the ward environment.

You will provide mentorship, student support and address professionalism as required.  Duties will also include developing and updating teaching content to align with up-to-date evidence based medicine and local health network protocols and guidelines.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Doctoral or masters qualification or equivalent accreditation and standing and eligibility for AHPRA registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of tutorials, practical classes, demonstrations, workshops and clinical sessions.
  • Demonstrated experience in innovative teaching methods and curriculum development.
  • Demonstrated expertise and the ability to deliver evidence-based practice in a relevant discipline area.
  • Availability on a full day Tuesday (8am start) across the year.
