About the position

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing and delivering advanced courses in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics

- Mentoring junior faculty and providing leadership in curriculum development

- Conducting impactful research and contributing to the institution's scholarly activities

- Engaging with industry partners and staying at the forefront of advancements in the field

- Providing guidance to students in their academic and research endeavors

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have

  • Demonstrated effectiveness in curriculum development and teaching with a commitment to excellence in teaching.
  • Demonstrated leadership at course/program level e.g. Course coordination.
  • Ability to encourage intellectual development and career aspirations of students.
  • Demonstrated record of achievement as a leading practitioner with a reputation for skills, knowledge, and expertise at a state/national level.
