About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make significant contributions to the design, coordination and implementation of innovative and distinguished educational programs. You will step into an impactful, purpose-driven role committed to seeking new and improved ways to support academics with interdisciplinary research and teaching in international education. You will make effective contributions to the graduate student research program, utilising your expertise by supervising and training students with MGSE colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing teaching expertise in the Master of International Baccalaureate and across MGSE, when needed
  • Supporting the development of education programs, including subject development and coordination

About You

You will have a high degree of productivity and independence, as this role has minimal supervision. As a keen problem-solver, your strong solution orientated approach is imperative when balancing the demands of teaching, leadership and community engagement responsibilities. Your ability to make effective contributions to teaching and learning, engagement, leadership and service across MGSE will set you up for success in this role.

You will also have:

  • Either enrolled in, or have completed a PhD or research doctorate in education or in a related discipline area
  • Successful teaching experience in IB PYP or MYP education settings
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability work collaboratively with other teams
