The Business School invites applications for a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour. This position is open to candidates wishing to pursue a balanced teaching / research role where there is an expectation the candidate can demonstrate the ability to produce high-quality research and teach into both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

The Adelaide Business School has a stimulating multidisciplinary learning environment that fosters the pursuit of leadership and excellence in both research and education. It is an Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accredited business school offering a broad range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the core discipline areas of accounting, finance, international business, management and marketing, as well as a suite of MBA programs. The Business School also offers high quality research programs at the honours, masters and PhD level.

To be successful you will need:

  • A PhD in Management or highly related filed.
  • Proven ability to teach in relevant undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Management, including demonstrated skills and experience in the preparation and delivery of lectures.
  • Experience of undertaking research in Management and ability to publish in highly ranked, academic peer reviewed journals.
  • Ability to supervise PhD and Masters level research projects, and to engage students in the practical application of appropriate research methods.
  • Ability to undertake academic administrative functions, and a willingness to be involved in the school’s international programs.
