The Lecturer in Nursing position provides an opportunity for the successful applicant to join our dynamic and committed Armidale team and contribute to the development of the Nursing courses (Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Nursing Graduate Entry, and Masters of Nursing Practice).

Our Nursing courses are offered in a blended delivery that allows students to study online or on campus, with the Armidale campus being offered to international students, as an on-campus course. UNE is an industry leader in the provision of lifelong learning for aspiring and registered nurses. The Bachelor of Nursing course on-campus and online modes have a particular emphasis on contemporary nursing practices, as well as Nursing in rural and remote communities. They are designed around an interactive learning approach to equip students for the challenge of being agents of change in the 21st century.

The role involves teaching students in Nursing courses, as well as engaging in service activities as part of a dynamic team of nursing academics. The role also provides opportunity for inter-professional and cross disciplinary collaboration within the School and across the university. This position may be required to travel to other UNE campuses.
