About the Business School

About the Department

Management and Organisations in the Business School offers undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses, as well as research-based doctoral degrees. The Department is particularly interested in hiring individuals who are enthusiastic about teaching and, equally importantly, have a well-developed research agenda with the aim of publishing in high-quality refereed academic journals.

Reporting to the Head of School, you will contribute significantly to teaching, research, and service activities within the School, aligning with the university's academic mission and values.

Lecturer - Business Analytics (516444):

Lecturer - Employment Relations/Human Resource Management (516702):

About you
To be considered for these opportunities, you will demonstrate:

  • A relevant PhD qualification in your respective field.
  • Expertise and experience in academic teaching and research.
  • A proven track record of research excellence, with publications in high-quality international peer-reviewed journals.
  • An ability and willingness to secure research funding to support your scholarly activities.
  • A commitment to high-quality teaching, including curriculum development and innovative learning approaches.
  • Active engagement in service activities, contributing to school policy development and administrative matters.
  • A strong commitment to community engagement and collaboration.
