Why Your Role Matters:

The Learning Delivery Manager plays a critical role in the AGSM Leadership Academy Team, leading the delivery of outstanding leadership programs for our corporate clients.  The Learning Delivery Manager builds strong relationships with our corporate clients by delivering leadership programs which provide an exceptional experience to participants. To deliver our programs, the Learning Delivery Manager demonstrates exceptional planning, delivery and project management skills to ensure every element of our programs is focussed on the participant experience. 

The Learning Delivery Manager works with a range of clients simultaneously, to deliver all elements of program logistics, across multiple locations both nationally and globally. This entails managing timelines, budgets, bookings, payments, attendance tracking and reporting making attention to detail critical.  In delivering our programs, the Learning Delivery Manager builds strong relationships with our clients and third-party suppliers including our venues, faculty and other learning partners to enable us to provide an integrated, seamless learning experience. 

The Learning Delivery Manager reports to the Head of Customer Success and Learning Design and works closely with the Leadership Academy Team to deliver high quality experiences that raise organisational leadership capabilities.


Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Plan, deliver and manage large scale enterprise learning programs for corporate clients across Australia and globally, including developing detailed implementation plans, coordination and incorporation of third-party processes and resources, identification, documentation and resolution of risks and issues, program tracking and status reporting.
  • Contribute to the learning program design by incorporating the participant perspective to ensure a compelling, seamless, intuitive, and engaging learning experience.
  • Develop and implement new learning experiences on preferred technology platforms and face-to-face venues based on the proposed learning design, providing advice and ongoing experimentation and testing to ensure an optimal participant experience.
  • Manage and support participants throughout the learner lifecycle, including onboarding to the learning program; in-program support across different learning platforms and modalities; program impact evaluation and assessment coordination and reporting; engagement with participants that are falling behind; and building and supporting alumni communities of past participants.
  • Gather, analyse and provide insight reporting on qualitative and quantitative data generated from participants’ engagement and learning experience to identify what is working and what could be improved; assess evaluation and impact patterns; offer insights and recommendations regarding the effectiveness of the learning experience; and provide succinct and relevant feedback to partner organisations.

Skills and experience required (but not limited to):

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with extensive subsequent relevant management experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering large learning programs/projects to time and budget with recent examples of learning program planning and design, issues resolution, successful stakeholder collaboration and risk identification and mitigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and solve complex administrative problems with a strong focus on process improvement.
  • Strong organisational skills and proven success in planning, delivering and coordinating large scale learning programs/projects, including the ability to develop planning and operational documents.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines by using judgement and initiative.
  • Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders and stakeholder expectations, and demonstrated ability to analyse complex problems and develop detailed recommendations and solutions.
