About the role

Responsible for providing administrative support for data imports, maintenance of schedules and registers, quality reviews, monitoring and population of curriculum documents for Federation TAFE's Centre for Learner Excellence. The position will also work with Centre’s to monitor and respond to learner voice.

You will:

  • work with Centre’s to ensure that the records management system contains current and compliant Curriculum documentation;
  • monitor Federation TAFE's scope of registration;
  • provide administrative support for the development and distribution of compliance tracking reports, internal newsletters, user guides and manuals; and
  • create documentation, reports, dashboards for the various committees within Federation TAFE
