As part of the People and Culture team at ECU, this role will drive the leadership strategy development including the design, delivery, management, measurement and evaluation of leadership, talent and capability programs that will enable ECU to build a workforce that will align to our future capability requirements and is empowering of the talent and potential of our staff.

Benefits & Remuneration
These full time and part time positions (1.4 FTE available) are offered as a 3 year fixed term contract. These roles attract remuneration of $106,877-$120,376 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
