- HEW 8 $109,837 - $125,755 + 17% Superannuation (pro rata, part time)
The Job:
- Develop and implement systems and procedures to guide the student journey program of work and track progress and measure performance
- Plan and oversee continuous improvement actions to inform strategies in own work area and across new technologies
- Consult a diverse range of stakeholders and analyse linked large data sets and model data to provide insights into customer behaviour and make recommendations for journey optimisations
- Shares and builds internal knowledge and skills in platforms and journey design, enabling team
- Establish and maintains strong collaborations with student services, Dean of Students, Marketing & Recruitment, Digital Services and DUSA, to integrate stages of the student journey to build collaboration and develop common goals
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training (marketing, multimedia, information technology, communications, or other related areas)
- Experience in SQL, data analytics, data modelling
- Experience in digital journey design and MarTech implementation and enablement
