The Student Systems team is responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of Student Management Systems and Student Support Systems. As part of the broader Student Administrative Systems and Learning and Curriculum Systems support functions.

UniSQ Student Systems team is seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and innovative Lead Business Systems Analyst who possesses a keen understanding of business processes, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of successfully bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.


What you'll do

You will be supported by a team of experienced professionals focused on the enhancement and support of UniSQ’s Student Management system (Campus Solutions) & other associated student systems, such as scholarships, the international admissions system and the student portal.

As the lead of this team, you will provide strategic and operational advice and direction on the effective utilisation of the Student Systems under your remit as well as provide critical advice and input on the future direction of these systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity to directly contribute to the University’s evolving advancements in technology and innovative practices and to make a valued contribution to enhancing the student experience through better meeting the needs of future and current students.


What will help you succeed
  • Background in Student Management Systems, particularly Campus Solutions is highly regarded.
  • An interest in utilising technology and systems to improve customer outcomes.
  • Ability to lead a dynamic team to achieve strategic outcomes for the University.
  • You will be a critical thinker with demonstrated abilities to manage available resources to deliver core outcomes.
  • Have demonstrated capability to build lasting business relationships across the university and with external parties.
  • An interest and ability to think strategically and foster innovation and be proactive.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ideally, experience in the Higher Education sector complimented with postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.

Salary: Total remuneration range of $125,888 to $144,558 pa (includes salary range of $106,370 to $122,144 pa, employer superannuation contributions of 17% of salary and annual leave loading)
