  • Salary range: $69,605 - $82,518 per annum (plus up to 17% superannuation)


About the Role

Reporting to the Manager: Corporate Information Systems, the IT Application Administrator will contribute to the design, development, implementation and support of IT systems, applications and services. This involves project planning, feasibility studies, systems analysis, requirements definition, systems design and development, integration and testing, acceptance, implementation and maintenance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform system maintenance functions, including the application of security policies, upgrades and problem investigation and resolution
  • Develop and support integration functions between existing systems
  • Install applications, tools and utilities on servers, and provide ongoing maintenance
  • Liaise with users, technical user groups and team members on system support related issues

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Experience supporting, maintaining and upgrading third party software in a complex integrated environment
  • Experience in designing, developing and supporting integration between existing systems
  • Well developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills to enable effective communication and interaction with people at all levels
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to maintain high productivity and meet deadlines with competing demands
