About the role
In this role you will deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external customers of La Trobe International (LTI), especially prospective and current international students. This is a very important role as you will be the as the first point of contact for La Trobe International, providing quality reception, information and referral services, both face to face, online and over the phone.
Your role is to provide excellent customer service to facilitate the recruitment and engagement of international students by providing information in response to enquiries in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for supporting a streamlined registration, orientation and enrolment service.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have completed a diploma with relevant experience or possess the equivalent combination of experience and training. You will be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to contribute to procedures and systems and a willingness to undertake training and development is also essential. You will also need to be able to manage your own time, be able to think on your feet and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
As well you will have experience in a Higher Education sector, preferably as part of a busy student administration environment.
