About the Role:

As an International Recruitment Officer, you will work closely with the Regional Recruitment Manager to execute the strategies outlined in country and college recruitment plans and the operational plan for the team. The position supports the broader activities of the Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions teams within VU Global.
Reporting to the Regional Recruitment Manager, Middle East, Africa and South Asia, you will be responsible for driving growth in international student numbers from these regions.
Duties:
Some of the duties you may perform include:

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with international education agents
  • Participate in student recruitment activities to maximise conversion
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional plans and marketing strategies for assigned countries. 

This is a Full Time Continuing position being offered at a HEP 6 Classification Level, Salary range, $85,667 - $92,728 per annum, plus 17% Superannuation.

About You:

You will have proven experience in international student recruitment, project management, or business development. A natural networker, you will use your superior communication and relationship building skills to good effect in collaborating with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals on time, on budget and on target. Your ability to accurately interpret data will have helped you achieve success in your international student recruitment work. A sound understanding of international student recruitment markets and channels is desirable, but not essential.
