About the Role:

Reporting to the Regional Recruitment Manager, Australia & Pacific you will be responsible for driving growth in international student numbers from within Australia.

As an International Recruitment Officer, you will work closely with the Regional Recruitment Manager to execute the strategies outlined in country and college recruitment plans and the operational plan for the team. The position supports the broader activities of the Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions teams within VU International (VUI).

This position is at an HEP 6, $85,667 - $92,728 per annum plus 17% superannuation contribution. This is a full-time (36.75 hours per week) 3-year fixed term contract.

About you:

You will have proven experience in international student recruitment, project management, or business development. A natural networker, you will use your superior communication and relationship building skills to good effect in collaborating with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals on time, on budget and on target. Your ability to accurately interpret data will have helped you achieve success in your international student recruitment work. A sound understanding of international student recruitment markets and channels is desirable, but not essential.
