  • Two (2) full-time (1.0FTE), continuing positions available
  • Commencement Salary: $87,955 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role

The International Recruitment Officer is a key operational support role within UniSA International. The position will design, implement, coordinate and deliver international recruitment activities that are designed to achieve strategic growth in international student numbers across specified regions.

Our first vacancy is within Region 1 with a strategic focus on the Indian, broader South Asian and African markets. The second vacancy is in Region 3 and will focus on the recruitment of international students onshore in Australia, both in Adelaide and interstate. 

Please note, the successful candidate/s may be required to support activities across other markets if / when required.

Essential Skills and Experience 

  • Tertiary qualification(s) in marketing or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge and skills
  • Exposure to and knowledge of international student recruitment practices, including achievements in implementing promotional activities on time and on budget
  • Proven ability in developing and executing innovative recruitment activities, including use of social media in recruitment campaigns
  • Demonstrated project management skills including experience in targeted market research, sound investigative abilities, advanced writing and reporting skills, and an analytical approach and creative thinking style
  • Well-developed organisational abilities and initiative, displaying commitment and self- motivation, and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a complex team environment
