  • Salary: $64,166 (up to 17% superannuation)

About the Role

Reporting to the Coordinator: International Admissions Lead Management, the International Admissions Support Officer is responsible for converting prospective student leads into applications through responding to enquiries, offering information and initiating discussions portraying the positive student experience at UniSA.

This position also provides a broad range of administration support with regard to the admission of international students, contributing to the development of both written and verbal content along with accurately maintaining data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool which directs prospective students onto nurture campaigns in order to drive conversion.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality, proactive and enthusiastic customer service
  • Respond to multi-channel enquiries from prospective students, external stakeholders and contracted agents
  • Accurately maintain student records within the Universities Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, StudyLink, Medici, PRISMS and other related systems
  • Contribute to efficient and effective enquiry management through teamwork
  • Provide advice to students and staff of requirement to comply with the ESOS Act and relevant policies and procedures within the University

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Appropriate qualification at certificate or diploma level or demonstrated equivalent skills such as experience in a sales related environment
  • Demonstrated achievement in the provision of high quality and responsive customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong initiative and organisational ability with experience in prioritization and meeting deadlines
