- Based in UniSA International at 101 Currie Street
- Full-time, fixed term contract until 12 November 2021
- Salary range: $64,166 - $72,321 per annum (plus superannuation)
Reporting directly to the Team Leader: International Admissions Conversion, this position will provide administrative support with the admissions of international students, contribute to the development of written and verbal Chinese content and maintain data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool which directs prospective students onto nurture campaigns in order to drive conversion.
This position will also convert prospective student leads into applications through responding to enquiries, offering information and initiating discussions portraying the positive student experience.

Core Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality and enthusiastic customer service
- Respond to multi-channel enquires from prospective students and external stakeholders
- Accurately maintain data within the Universities Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systen
- Contribute to efficient and effective enquiry management through teamwork
- Provide advice on entry requirements, program details, application procedures and avenues for entry into UniSA Programs
Essential Skills and Experience
- Appropriate qualification at certificate or diploma level or demonstrated equivalent skills such as experience in a sales related environment
- Fluent in Mandarin with ability to produce content in Simplified Chinese
- Previous experience in managing Chinese social media platforms
- High quality, responsive customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
