International Admissions Officer (HEO 5)

  • Full-time continuing position based in UniSA International unit at 101 Currie Street Location
  • Commencement Salary: $71,205 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role


You will undertake a broad range of duties that support the admissions of international students into UniSA undergraduate and postgraduate programs of study. This will involve assessing applications, issuing offers and processing acceptances. You will also support various onshore and offshore recruitment events run by the international recruitment team and provide support in periods of high-volume application processing. You will provide advice and information to prospective students to ensure compliance with the Educational Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act.

Essential Skills and Experience


Postsecondary qualifications or equivalent experience, knowledge and skills are essential, as is previous experience with the international student application process and the provision of advice to students and stakeholders. Experience in administration information systems and the ability to develop and maintain electronic records is also a key requirement.

You will be highly organised and have the capacity to prioritise effectively in a complex work environment, have the capacity to build relationships and engage with a diverse student cohort. You will also display initiative, and preparedness to contribute to the overall team’s workload as required.
