The International Administration Officer is responsible for providing administration support and coordination of activities related to the University of Adelaide’s (UoA) Joint Education Initiative with Ocean University of China (OUC) and Australian Education Management Group (AEMG), Haide College.

The role will provide a range of administrative assistance to the business operation of Haide College and support the delivery of services to Haide College students, UoA academics teaching into the College in accordance with the Agreement between the UoA, AEMG and OUC. In addition, the role will service cohort student recruitment programs managed by International Business Development.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated high level organisational and administrative skills including the ability to work effectively under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with a high level of flexibility and adaptability in order to undertake or deliver a range of functions, as directed, to meet the business needs of an organisation.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated high level verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in producing business communications (e.g. letters, fact sheets, reports and simple business proposals).
