Overview
ECU International Partnerships team (part of International Office) is seeking a data-driven person with experience in offshore business development in a large organisation. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven cross-departmental track-record of international student recruitment, and managing a wide range of projects, involving data analytics and reporting.

The Role
Under the guidance of the Manager, International Business Operations, this position is a lynchpin role that contributes to maximising ECU’s International revenue and growth.

Activities will include, but are not limited, to:

  • Strategically contract manage offshore partner performance enhancing solutions and services by external partners
  • Manage agent/Institution relationships and accounts within a designated region
  • Plan, implement and monitor the suite of ECU International Scholarships, bursaries and partner incentives
  • Work with a range of internal stakeholders to optimise international operations and results
  • Analyse internal and external data and market intelligence to provide the International Partnerships with strategic insights and recommendations
  • Develop initiatives streamline and improve business operations, in collaboration with the leadership team

Key Criteria:
  • Extensive experience in offshore business development and partnership management
  • Analytical skills to use data to improve business performance
  • Experience in managing large and complex projects
  • Knowledge of systems, such as Salesforce and Callista
  • Understanding of ECU’s offshore international agent and partner engagement
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team-playing skills, with a passion for the international education sector

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time, Ongoing position attracts remuneration of $103,263 to $116,306 per annum plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
