(HEO6) $82,879 to $89,525 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Fixed term, full-time opportunity available until August 2023. Part-time / job share arrangements may be considered.

The Infrastructure Branch plays an active role in ensuring the campuses and physical facilities of the University continue to develop, adapt and improve in a complex, competitive and changing higher education environment. The role of the Branch is to ensure a strong performing asset portfolio and customer-focused project and service delivery. Composed of three organisational Portfolios, the Branch delivers investment in facilities development and service provision across University campuses.

Infrastructure Strategy and Support Services is responsible for leading and managing facility investment strategies and business improvement services, including management of the facilities management systems strategy, communications and relationship management with Faculties, Divisions and external parties; and governance and reporting; campus safety and the security of all campuses.

Working under general direction, the Infrastructure Information Coordinator is responsible for acquiring, maintaining and distributing complex infrastructure documentation and reporting for all campuses, and providing drafting support to the wider Infrastructure branch. The position will also undertake primary testing and support for Infrastructure systems projects.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Demonstrated experience in records management databases, maintaining and archiving documentation in digital archival systems in facilities or construction environments.
  • Demonstrated experience using AutoCAD to integrate drawings and data.
  • Demonstrated experience producing specific data sets such as space measurements (GBA/GFA/NLA) occupancy and all other associated documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience extracting data and producing reports to satisfy stakeholder requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience co-ordinating and procuring data from space audits including verification of ongoing space changes.
