About the position

You will be responsible for providing a range of administrative activities and services that contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the team that supports recruitment services to La Trobe University. You will manage and process business information in accordance with standards and guidelines to ensure all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible as required.

This position will have responsibility for the provision of high quality customer service and high level administrative support services and advice to assist in the effective and efficient administration of the talent acquisition team.

Skills and Experience

To be successful you will be someone who is highly organised with excellent time management and organisational skills.  You are a team player and be willing to learn and develop in your role. Previous administration experience is highly desired.
