  • Salary range: $69,605 – $82,518 per annum (plus superannuation)

About the Role

The Human Resources Officer provides high-level customer service to staff and managers through the provision of advice, the coordination and administration of human resources (HR) business processes, initiating and implementing business improvement, and effective records management. The role includes a focus on supporting business improvement and systems support for AskPTC our enquiry management system. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact to provide specialist advice for staff members, at all levels, about a broad range of HR policies, procedures and processes
  • Work closely with the PTC Information Management Team in the design and implementation of online processes to ensure an effective interface between AskPTC functionality and other HR systems
  • Prepare regular reports regarding AskPTC, and coordinate the PTC super-user group for AskPTC including maintaining the issues register, system trouble shooting and liaising with ISTS

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of HRM systems and the ability to review and provide system solutions to deliver service outcomes
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in the provision and coordination of contemporary human resource services
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR related procedures and administrative systems, and in the context of digital systems to deliver a quality service across diverse work environments
