Based in the Adelaide Health and Medical Sciences Building, this position contributes to the provision of a range of efficient Human Resources administrative services for the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. In this role you will be the first point of contact for Titleholder appointments and processes, as well as providing support in the administration of a range of HR Services including recruitment and casual contract administration.

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience in providing efficient and responsive Human Resource administration services and support, preferably in a higher education environment, including the delivering timely and accurate information, advice and reports, and interpreting and applying policy, legislation and industrial instruments.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct and responsive manner to deliver client centric results.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both with minimal supervision and as part of a team in delivering high-volume customer service in a complex organisational setting.
  • Experience in the utilisation of a range of PC based hardware and HR specific software applications, including competency across the full Microsoft suite programs
