• Role based at La Trobe University’s Bundoora Campus (supporting hybrid work arrangements)
• Explore Industrial relations matters and provide contemporary solutions to your client portfolio  
• $97,248.00 – $106,980.00 plus 17% superannuation

About the Position

This role is a great entry point for a candidate who is interested in exploring a career involving Workplace Relations matters and Partnering functions of a contemporary HR function. This role will value developing strong and impactful working relationships to investigate, resolve and provide strong solutions to clients to support the capability, development, process improvement and performance of a client group.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• A degree in any area relevant to the position with at least 4 years subsequent experience; or extensive experience and management expertise.
• Experience facilitating clients through robust HR practices to enable strategic thinking and solutions for the future.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, initiative, diplomacy, tact and discretion as well as proven experience handling sensitive and personal information in a confidential and appropriate manner.
• Negotiate solutions where a range of interests have to be accommodated, often requiring working with contributors with different areas of expertise.
