Be part of a multi-faceted project team supporting the delivery of the portfolio of technical HR projects.

The University of Adelaide is seeking to appoint a HR Business Analyst who is passionate about technology, HR Information Systems and change management, who continuously pursues opportunities to improve the end user experiences and improve business processes.

The role is responsible for supporting a range of projects within the HR program of works, supporting the development and enhancement of the university’s PeopleSoft Human Capital Management system. The position provides HR Business Analyst and Change Management support through analysing and reviewing business processes, undertaking impact assessments and delivering change management activities.  The role is pivotal to support a range of critical HR compliance initiatives.

This role would suit someone who is excited about the challenges associated with working in a complex organisation.

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to document and analyse existing business systems, processes, and workflows to recommend improvements relevant to the University environment.
  • A sound knowledge of the use of information technology to support best practice business processes, process change management and information management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes and creative solutions within agreed timeframes.
  • Ability to work independently and sustain high-level performance, determine priorities, be highly flexible and meet demanding deadlines in a time sensitive environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and effect change within the workplace.
