The Role

  • Continuing, Full Time
  • Level 3 – $61,820 to $67,126 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Wagga Wagga

As the Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for daily operations and leading staff in the provision of professional quality food and beverage services to all clientele.

You will ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP) to deliver sound transactions oversight, stock control, customer service, staff training and safe food handling. The Services Supervisor, will also audit and improve standards as part of a leadership team.

To be successful you will have:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of hospitality operations gained through education, training and/or experience.
  • Experience working in a high volume catering operation, including events, shops (retail or food) and/or beverage.
  • Demonstrated experience in cash handling and cash free environments, shop style software and reconciliation.
  • Experience in roster preparation and have a genuine passion and excitement for providing excellent customer service.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate or willingness to obtain during probation period.
