  • Full-time, fixed term contract until 30 May 2025
  • Commencement Salary: $70,476 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role  

Reporting directly to the Team Leader: Scholarships, Graduations and Records, you will undertake administrative and event planning activities to ensure the effective running of the University’s Graduation and Presentation of Awards Ceremonies. Working closely with other members of the team, you will process applications for the issue of Academic Transcripts, Australian Higher Education Graduation Statements and parchments, as well as responding to enquiries from current students, Alumni, other UniSA staff and the general public. 

About UniSA Student and Academic Services (SAS) 

The Student and Academic Services Unit provides senior leadership, guidance and services which enable the University to maximise the success and experience of all UniSA students. SAS is responsible for the development and maintenance of student facing services, policy, information systems and procedural frameworks. The unit coordinates and provides quality assurance for several university functions including student support, admissions, enrolments, research candidature, examinations, graduations, student finance and scholarships.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Post-secondary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience 
  • Ability to apply knowledge and skills in administration with high level computer skills including use of database, spreadsheet, word processing, administrative information systems and electronic communication systems 
  • High level interpersonal, verbal and written skills appropriate for communicating with all levels of university staff, students and general public 
  • High level organisation skills and experience in meeting deadlines, prioritising competing demands and an ability to use initiative 
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a member as a team
