Overview
ECU is expanding its offshore delivery arrangements in transnational education to grow offshore enrolments and income.  The Transnational Education (TNE) team within the International Portfolio leads the development of new partner relations; and works with relevant key stakeholders both internal and external in all aspects of partner negotiation for TNE delivery, including initial due diligence, contract development, process improvement and risk management activities.

The TNE team maintains strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders including Student Administration, Schools, Finance and Business Services, Brand and Marketing, the Centre for Learning and Teaching as well as Student Life.

We are seeking an experienced international professional to take up the role of Global Partnerships Manager. The Global Partnerships Manager is a critical role to lead growth, providing support to the Manager, TNE for all offshore partnerships including TNE, Articulation partnerships, and offshore academic pathway providers. The role has a lead responsibility in identification and development of new business opportunities in relevant international markets from opportunity identification to delivery of TNE projects.

Key Criteria

  • Extensive experience in developing international business opportunities and partnership engagement, preferably in the tertiary education sector. Substantial experience in the development and delivery of transnational education programs will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to build positive and constructive networks between internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver growth in existing and new offshore locations within a quality-focussed governance framework.
  • You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry Personal Excellence and Courage.

    Benefits & Remuneration
    This full time ongoing position attracts remuneration of $111,152 to $125,191pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
