The Learning Support Team Leader is a key leadership role within the Faculty's professional services portfolio. Working in a dynamic and proactive environment, the Learning Support Team Leader is responsible for providing high-level leadership to the Learning Support Team, coordinating, planning and enhancing learning support activities. The role is responsible for fostering a culture of service excellence that enables School success by leading a team of professional staff to provide high-level learning and teaching support.

To be successful you will need:

  • High level of skills and experience in leading learning and teaching administrative support in a higher education environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervision of customer service roles including the ability to develop and implement quality improvement and best practice customer service culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner and work collaboratively to deliver customer centric results.
  • Demonstrated experience resolving high level problems, including the ability to be innovative and creative in generating solutions to complex issues.
  • Experience in synthesising large amounts of information, both qualitative and quantitative, and in preparing written reports.
