Support the development and delivery of innovative student recruitment initiatives for the Faculty of Arts.

Join an exciting established Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement team at the University of Adelaide. Reporting to the Team Leader Student Recruitment, the Student Recruitment Coordinator will provide support to design and coordinate student recruitment initiatives aligned with the Faculty of Arts and University of Adelaide recruitment objectives.

You will implement and optimise recruitment channels and collaborations across the domestic and international market as well as coordinate the logistics of key student recruitment activities, programs and events.

The Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement team sits within the Faculty of Arts and focuses on expanding the reach, influence and impact of our education and research offerings in the local and global community.

The successful applicant shall undertake domestic travel and work outside of standard hours as required.

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience in delivery of best practice customer experience for recruitment or sales functions, preferably in a higher education environment
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills, including the ability give public presentations and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders – both internal and external.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop key selling messages to effectively showcase a product or service via various avenues
  • High level organisational skills and demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks, implementing plans to achieve defined outcomes, and solving problems in an innovative and creative manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing initiatives, activities and programs, to drive sales or achieve recruitment objectives
