Overview
The ECU Student Health Service assists students, staff and the university community with their health care needs. The primary function of the service is to provide students with psychosocial and physical health support, so that they may achieve an optimal academic performance.

In providing comprehensive patient healthcare, our medical practitioners will consider and respect patients’ rights, identity, body diversity, beliefs, and religious and cultural backgrounds.

An interest in mental health, sexual health, and teaching is an advantage.

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence.

Benefits & Remuneration

  • Full Time or Part Time - minimum of four sessions per week preferred. Flexible sessions are available.
  • 90% of Receipts
  • Mixed billing, approx. 70% students, 15% staff, 15% general public patients.
  • Full time RN support, purpose-built facilities.
  • Close to public transport, café on site. 
  • Opening hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm.
  • No on call or after hours required.
  • Non DPA, Non AON.
