The SpeakUp@CSIRO Office is a newly created unit to manage submissions received via our SpeakUp@CSIRO Platform, that maintains the highest standard of integrity and confidentiality.  Our mission is to create a safer CSIRO and give people a voice to speak up about concerns that are not aligned with our values, policies and the regulatory framework that we operate within.

CSIRO has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Manager - SpeakUp@CSIRO to establish and lead this office. You will actively conduct, lead and have oversight of planning, preparation and the development of SpeakUp@CSIRO. You’ll exercise your superior judgement to handle highly sensitive submissions from our people, the public and those who partner with CSIRO.

You’re highly knowledgeable in legislation, have a significant track record of managing complex problems and possess the maturity to work closely with Senior Executives and Boards. Demonstrated experience working within a similar Government organisation will be viewed favourably.
