To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing leadership and supervision within a customer service environment, including experience in developing and implementing quality improvement and a best practice customer service culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner and to work collaboratively to deliver student centric results.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines, implementing plans to achieve defined outcomes, and the ability to investigate, analyse and implement procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively handle confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to create opportunities for collective idea generation, knowledge sharing, and decision making.
