(HEO5) $72,832 to $80,983 per annum plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation may apply.

Full-time continuing role commencing immediately.

The Examinations and Results Officer provides operational and administrative support to the core service functions.

Working under general direction, the Examinations and Results Officer provides operational and administrative support to the core service functions. The Examinations and Results Officer is responsible for facilitating the administration of examination requests, lodgment and review, collection, processing Modified Assessment for Coursework Applications (MACA) Replacement Examination requests, providing logistic support, grade entry and amendments.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Demonstrated experience and commitment in delivering customer-centric service.
  • Ability to learn new systems and adopt to new technologies.
  • Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage competing work tasks.
  • Proven interpersonal and negotiating skills, to work constructively as part of a team and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
