Your new role

Do you have exceptional customer service and are passionate about supporting students through their educational journey? If so, we have an exciting role available to join our friendly and supportive Curtin Connect team!

As a Curtin Connect Officer, you will act as the first point of contact for all student enquiries on a range of matters across the student lifecycle. High volumes of enquiries are managed across various enquiry channels; face-to-face, over the phone, online such as live chat, and the customer relationship management system. This position has a strong focus on current student engagement, providing support and resources to our diverse student body.
This casual role offers up to 1-2 shifts per week, with the ability to work more hours over peak periods throughout the year. To be successful you will require skills in customer service, problem solving and knowledge management, and strong time management.
You will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.
