The role
The Enrolment Advisor provides quality customer service by assisting customers with matters relating to enrolment and student curriculum structures within Curtin University systems. The role is responsible for the delivery of functions and processes that enable student self-management from enrolment to completion.

We are seeking someone who is able to provide a high-quality customer focused service that ensures customers are provided with correct, consistent and timely enrolment and curriculum information. In this role you will ensure student enquiries are managed and resolved within agreed turnaround times, as well as updated and maintain student and curriculum records in an accurate and confidential manner.
