The Organisation
ClimateWorks Australia is an expert, independent adviser, acting as a bridge between research and action to accelerate the transition to net zero emissions for Australia, Southeast Asia and the Pacific. It was co-founded in 2009 by The Myer Foundation and Monash University and works within the Monash Sustainable Development Institute. ClimateWorks Australia also benefits from strong relationships with an international network of affiliated organisations that support effective policies, financing and action for greenhouse gas emissions reductions.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an Engagement Coordinator to join our dedicated team of professionals. You will be part of the ClimateWorks Industry System team, working with some of Australia’s largest companies to accelerate action towards achieving net zero emissions in heavy industry.
In this role, you will provide support within a close-knit and collaborative team, with a focus on project management, communications and engagement with a wide range of government, industry, research and community sector stakeholders. The system focuses on industry and experience within this sector will be advantageous.

This role is a full-time position based in Melbourne; however, flexible working arrangements including working from Perth, may be negotiated.
