About the position

Supporting activities, initiatives, and procedures for enhanced stakeholder involvement is the main responsibility of this role, which reports to the La Trobe University Employability Programs team. In addition to managing the Career Hub and Abintegro platforms, the position supports initiatives like the Career Ready Advantage Award, Industry Mentoring, Graduate Preparation Workshops, Career Ready Industry Experiences, and International Employability Programs.

Weekly student communications development for the Employability Programs team is another duty of the role.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have

  • Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • High level written communication skills with ability to develop effective communications for students across a number of channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively in small teams.
  • High level proficiency in computer software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, electronic mail, and the use of the internet as a research tool.
