The Role
- Continuing, Full Time
- Level 7 - $95,414 to $104,255 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
- Bathurst, Orange, Port Macquarie, Wagga Wagga (Other University Campuses may be considered)
As the Employability Learning Coordinator, you will provide leadership to deliver employability learning and skill development for our students. This role coordinates the team that supports students to develop career management skills through services, programs, courses and resources, working closely with faculty staff to embed customised employability learning content into curriculum. You will manage a team that provides face-to-face and online career counselling for students.
To be successful you will have:
- A Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) endorsed qualification or a willingness to complete a CICA-endorsed qualification
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in leading, motivating, engaging and managing stakeholders
- Experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of Careers and Employability Learning (CEL) resources, projects or programs
- Evidence of the delivery of high-quality student-centred learning and teaching
- Experience in curriculum design and development and an understanding of online learning technologies
