  • Full-time, Fixed Term position until February 2024 

  • Salary HEW 6 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements 

  • Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University 


 


About The Position 
The Domestic Audience Case Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and meet KPI’s for key domestic audiences. Serving as subject matter expert for the domestic prospective student audience within the Sales and Conversion teamsYou will engage in meaningful conversations across various inbound and outbound channels to provide best in class service whilst managing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospective students from initial enquiry all the way through to enrolment – you will be with them every step of the way to ensure strong conversion and reduce attrition.  


 


You will be a product and audience expert who will not only be on the frontline converting sales opportunities but will be a key player in providing insight and advice to internal stakeholders which will subsequently impact future recruitment activities and feed into the strategic roadmap for various business units such as College, Marketing, Admissions, Events and Advertising. You will maximise conversion of students by leveraging all channels, such as Inbound and Outbound Phone, Live Chat, Webinars, Face to Face and new and emerging channels in order to achieve student recruitment targets. 


 


To be successful in this position, you will have:  


  • Demonstrated experience in sales enquiry management and case management.   

  • Experience with CRM for capturing lead and case data based on conversation with prospective students, as well as managing, maintaining and reporting on a sales pipeline.  

  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills as well as attention to detail, including the capacity to manage time effectively within a busy team environment. 

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including skills in persuasion, information exchange and relationship management. 

  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically and creatively, applying your problem-solving skills to the identification and management of project risks and issues and skills to articulate that back to key stakeholders. 

  • Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously and work well under pressure whilst meeting KPI’s.   

  • Demonstrated ability to show initiative and flexibility, a willingness to take on new challenges, work with minimal supervision, and organise workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.
