About the Position

The Director MBA & Dean of Programs position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic direction of the MBA , Executive Education and postgraduate programs at UniSA. The flagship MBA is ranked in the top 10 in Australia and number two online.

To ensure the high-quality delivery of academic programs and relationship building with industry, candidates will demonstrate the strategic and operational leadership qualities to engage both academic colleagues and industry partners and support the portfolio.

We are seeking a visionary and collaborative leader who will demonstrate outstanding academic leadership or bring a strong relevant experience and engagement from industry or business. Suitable candidates will have strategic leadership in a large and complex organization and credible experience developing partnerships both in Australia and abroad.
